WinDVD and WinDVR Bundled with NVIDIA’S Personal Cinema

—November 13, 2001—InterVideo, Inc. today announced that WinDVD, its award-winning DVD player,
and WinDVR, its application that enables users to watch and record TV and video on a computer, will both be bundled with
NVIDIA’S Personal Cinema, available immediately.


Personal Cinema is a hardware and software bundle that enables consumers to watch and record live TV, watch DVDs and
create personal home movies on a PC. Additionally, all the PC’s DVD and TV functions that WinDVD and WinDVR enable
through Personal Cinema can be controlled with a remote control, a unique and simple way to control advanced PC functionality.

Personal Cinema consists of an NVIDIA based graphics board, a video-in/video-out module, a high quality TV Tuner and a
breakout box which connects to the PC via a single nine pin cable. It also includes software such as InterVideo’s WinDVD and
WinDVR which enable digital TV, TV and video recording and DVD playback on a PC. The Personal Cinema bundle also
comes with software for creating home movies.
