Sirius Satellite Radio to Serve Formula Powerboats

NEW YORK, April 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Sirius Satellite Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) , the premium satellite radio broadcaster, and Thunderbird Products, manufacturer of Formula powerboats, today announced that all new Formula boats will be equipped with Sirius-ready Kenwood radios as standard equipment. With a signal that extends several hundred miles off the coast of the continental U.S., Sirius will deliver its 60 channels of commercial-free music and 40 channels of news, talk, sports and entertainment to boaters across the country.

Formula Powerboats is proud to enter into a new racing season, providing support and equipment for an unprecedented number of Factory 1 and 2 racing teams in the 2002 APBA Offshore Racing campaign. According to Formula, the thrill of offshore racing has captivated audiences of millions across America and media coverage has reached an all-time high.
