FOCUS Enhancements, Inc. (NASDAQ: FCSE), a worldwide leader in superior video production and conversion technology, today announced that it is now shipping its CenterStage CS-2 video processor. The CenterStage CS-2 is designed to bring the sharpest and best quality video to high-end home theater, corporate presentation, training, rental, staging, digital signage, and other markets that use advanced plasma and projection displays. The CenterStage CS-2 video processor supports DVI, DVI-HDCP, and analog for processing and scaling to VESA, Plasma, Projector, and DTV formats.

“CenterStage CS-2 is the first video processor to fully support DVI-HDCP to ensure full compatibility with DVI-HDCP set-top-box sources and high-end displays,” said Michael Conway, vice president of marketing for FOCUS Enhancements, Inc. “With CenterStage there is no need for a separate encrypted cabling path. Customers will have full ability to process or scale copy-protected HDTV content, in addition to DVD or computer-sourced video for output via analog or DVI at native display resolutions.”

The CenterStage CS-2 is available at a U.S. suggested retail price of $2,495, or $2,795 with the factory installed SDI input option. It has a two-year limited warranty and is shipped with a remote control. CenterStage CS-2 is now available through the FOCUS Enhancements worldwide distribution network.
